  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine crust ingredients (using a food processer is best) until it can hold its shape when pressed into a pie pan.
  3. Press it into a pie pan, and bake crust for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow crust to cool before filling.
  5. Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating.
  8. Serve topped with whipped cream

Key Lime Pie is a seriously underappreciated dessert, and the second-best pie. Key limes can sometimes be found in stores, but bottled key lime juice is widely available; make sure not to get normal bottled lime juice, which often has too much sodium benzoate to taste right.
